The almighty Dodge Challenger SRT Demon undoubtedly stole the headlines from the recent New York Auto Show, not to be outdone FCA gave the world another massively powerful car in the form of the completely bonkers Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk
The Trackhawk is the result of leaving a Dodge Challenger Hellcat and a Grand Cherokee in a broom cupboard for a ‘special’ moment. This monster is powered by the Hellcat’s 6.2-litre supercharged V8 producing 697bhp.
This huge car runs from 0-60mph in just 3.5 seconds, and it’ll top out at 180mph, Jeep claims it’s the world’s fastest SUV ever made and you should believe them on that point as it’s clearly insanely quick.
That 0-60 time though, it is hugely quick, almost a benchmark time if you will, it got me thinking about what cars if any can the Jeep match in the 0-60 dash. As in what machinery can it compete with that it simply shouldn’t be able to?
2008 Ferrari F430 Scuderia – 0-60mph 3.5 seconds
