The all new rather stunning looking Porsche Panamera Turbo has only just made its public debut over the weekend at the Goodwood Festival of Speed before finally being unveiled in Berlin this past Monday.
As previously reported Porsche has been rather busy developing the new Panamera around the world, most likely they were just sitting there deploying that new awesome looking rear spoiler.
Thankfully though they found the time to put the new Panamera Turbo around the Nürburgring, from all this ‘Ring’ time they managed to beat the previous record time for a saloon car set by the Alfa Romeo Giulia Quadrifoglio by setting a time of 7 minutes 38 seconds.
Now you may be thinking what difference does a single second make, this is impressive, very impressive because the Panamera Turbo weighs in a 1995kg versus the Giulia’s rather lightweight 1524kg, also the previous-gen Panamera Turbo set a ‘Ring’ time of 7 minutes 52 seconds so the improvement is huge.
Now Porsche please release the full film just so we can see that gorgeous rear spoiler being deployed throughout.
