According to BridgeToGantry the 2017 Porsche 911 GT2 RS has been spotted on the Nürburgring testing.

Previous generations of the GT2 have been aptly named the ‘widow-maker’ due to the GT2’s reputation for being a bit shall we say ‘challenging’ to drive on the ragged edge. For the most part, the GT2 would try to kill you on a simple drive to the shops to buy a pint of milk, never has the purchase of household provisions been so terrifying.

The rumour mill says the 2017 GT2 RS will have around 700bhp of terror going through its rear wheels, also even more terrifying is that the new car will come with a manual gearbox which is too many decisions to make in a car that will constantly try to kill you.

Possibly limited to 500 cars and given the recent history of ordering such limited run Porsche’s, you can’t buy one as they are all sold, if not then they soon will be. So politely fuck off and buy something else and be grateful you have escaped with your life.

It’s unknown at this point if the massive wing will make the production version, just looking at it surely they have to get this aerodynamic part through to production as it looks absolutely mad, which is surely what the GT2 RS is all about, insane speed, insane looks and an insane urge to kill you.

If you are thinking of ordering one, get your personal affairs in order as the new GT2 RS will be trying to kill you on a road at some point in 2017.
