The Vulcan is Aston Martin’s moment of utter madness, V12, 7 litre engine: Check, 800hp of insane power: Check, Super Rarity. Now, one has been spotted in the UK.
Courtesy of Aston Martin Cambridge, one of the 24 examples of the Vulcan has arrived and is shown in the final stages of pre-delivery wrapping:
Just look at it, whilst I know the Vulcan is not road-legal, but have you seen anything more insane with 4-wheels attached to it this year, I think not.
The Vulcan was styled in-house by the Aston Martin creative officer Marek Reichman, it is powered by Aston’s most potent version of the company’s naturally-aspirated 7.0-litre V12 engine producing 820bhp, the car features a carbon fibre monocoque and body shell constructed by Aston’s specialist body engineering and manufacturing partner Multimatic (who are also responsible for the Ford GT), integral limited-slip differential, magnesium torque tube with carbon fibre propeller shaft which is stopped by Brembo racing calipers acting on massive carbon ceramic racing disc brakes which are a whopping 380mm in size at the front with 360mm at the back.
